Your category is being advertised. You are not in it.
Somebody in your category is paying to be shown to your buyers today — not because you lost the auction, but because you never entered it. We build and launch your first paid campaign in seven days, in an ad account you own, paused until you approve it.

The auction runs
whether you're
in it or not.
Every hour, in-market buyers scroll your category. Impressions go to whoever bid. The split below is illustrative, but this part is not: with no campaign running, your share is exactly zero, and you never see the enquiries you didn't get.
Seven days.
Four moves.
Day one is free and yours to keep whatever you decide. Nothing spends until you have read every line and clicked approve yourself.
Teardown
We pull your competitors' live ads out of Meta's Ad Library and tell you straight whether paid suits your offer.
Build
Ad account, pixel and conversion events set up in your name, plus three to five creatives cut against your category.
Approval
Everything sits paused in your account. You read every line, see every creative, set the budget.
Live
Campaign launches, leads land where you want them, and our access comes off. The account stays yours.
What changes
on day eight.
The left column is every week you have had so far. The right is what a campaign in your category looks like once it is running.
because nothing is running
One price.
No retainer trap.
The build is flat and finite. Management is optional, monthly and cancellable with no notice. Ad spend is separate and paid by you, direct to Meta — plan on $1,500 to $3,000 a month.
- —Ad account, Business Manager and pixel in your name
- —Three to five creatives written for your category
- —Audiences, conversion events and lead routing
- —Handover doc and dashboard — you own all of it
- —Weekly creative iteration against live results
- —Budget and bid management through the learning phase
- —Monthly numbers in plain language, not a slide deck
- —Or skip it entirely and run the account yourself
Three things
people ask first.
Settled here so you do not have to spend a call on them.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. It is set up in your company's name with you as admin on day one. On day seven our access is removed and yours stays, whatever happens afterwards. There is no agency account to leave behind.
Is there a contract?
No. The build is a one-time purchase, not a retainer. If you take the optional management it is month to month and you can cancel any month with no notice period.
What do you guarantee?
That it is live in seven days and that you own every asset. Not a lead count, not a cost per lead, not a return — nobody can know those before seeing your account.

it's doing.
The teardown in miniature. Four ads built the way we build them, each opened up so you can see the thinking. These four are composites written for this page — yours uses your competitors' real live ads.
Sixteen categories.
Checked by hand.
Here's the count.
Every number below came out of Meta’s public Ad Library by hand, by us. Green means the auction is thin. Amber means somebody is already buying your buyers. Click any one and it loads straight into the call request.
One price.
No retainer trap.
The build is flat and finite. The retainer is optional, monthly and cancellable — and plenty of clients take the build, keep the account and run it themselves. That is a fine outcome.

Drag it.
See what
it buys.
Three numbers you already know: what you'd spend a day, what a lead is worth to you, and how often you close. Most first campaigns start at $30 to $50 a day. It is a model, not a forecast — the point is to see the shape of a month before you spend anything.
We only work
with companies
that make things.
Real revenue, real products, real customers, and no ad history. If you sell software, or you've already burned money on an agency, we're probably not the right call — and we'll tell you that on day one rather than take the $1,500.
One person.
That is the
whole pitch.
Arkive is a one-person studio. The person who answers the phone writes the ads, builds the account and sends you the numbers. There is no account manager, no pod, no junior learning on your budget.
An agency that bills monthly has to look busy every month. A flat $1,500 gets paid when the campaign is live, which means the incentive is to launch it, hand it over and be done. If the management retainer earns its keep afterwards, you'll keep it. If it doesn't, cancel it.
Most agencies run your ads inside their own Business Manager. Leave, and the pixel data, the audiences and the ad history stay with them. Yours is set up in your company's name on day one with you as admin, and our access comes off at handover. It is the part you'd regret not having, and you only notice it when you want to leave.
A company that has never advertised has no bad data, no fatigued creative and no half-wrecked pixel. It also has a category where the auction is usually thinner than anyone believes. That is a better place to start from than an account somebody else already spent $40,000 teaching the wrong thing.
We won't promise a lead count, a cost per lead or a return before seeing your account, because nobody can know those. We won't take the $1,500 from a company we don't fit. And we won't write a case study about you without asking.
Asked before
every call.
The eight things people want settled before they will book. Answered here so you do not have to ask us for them.
The build is $1,500, charged once. It covers the ad account, Business Manager and pixel set up in your name, three to five creatives written for your category, audiences, conversion events and lead routing, plus the handover doc and dashboard. Ongoing management is a separate $1,200 a month and is optional — you can take the build, keep the account and run it yourself.
Seven days from the first call to campaigns live. Day one is the free teardown, days two to four are the build, day five is your approval, and days six and seven are launch and handover. If it is not live on day seven you do not pay for the build.
You do. The ad account, Business Manager, pixel and creative are set up in your company's name with you as admin from day one. On day seven our access is removed and yours stays, whatever happens afterwards. There is no agency account you have to leave behind.
Plan on $1,500 to $3,000 a month in ad spend, separate from the build fee. Meta's algorithm needs roughly fifty conversion events a week per ad set to leave the learning phase, and on a considered purchase over $3,000 that is what it takes to learn anything real. A $300 month produces noise, not data.
No. The build is a one-time purchase, not a retainer. If you take the optional management it is month to month and you can cancel any month with no notice.
It fits American companies selling a physical product over $3,000 direct from their own site, with someone who can answer a new enquiry and no meaningful paid-ads history. It does not fit software, resellers, or anyone who needs leads this week. If you are not a fit we say so on day one rather than take the $1,500.
That the campaign is live in seven days and that you own every asset. We do not guarantee a lead count, a cost per lead or a return — nobody can know those before seeing your account, and any agency that promises one is making the number up.
Through Meta's public Ad Library, by page ID rather than keyword search. A keyword search shows you what is running but can never prove an absence, so we never tell you a competitor runs nothing without a page-level lookup.

Privacy
Arkive is a one-person studio. This page says exactly what this website collects, who touches it, and how to make it go away. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What the form collects
If you send the teardown form, it collects the four things you type: your name, your email address, your website, and what you sell. It is delivered by FormSubmit to a single inbox that only I read. Nothing is added to a mailing list, nothing is passed to a third party, and nothing is sold. There is no sequence waiting for you.
What the phone number collects
Nothing automatic. If you call, I may write down what we discussed so I can prepare your teardown. Calls are not recorded.
Cookies, pixels and analytics
This site may use cookies, pixels, web beacons and similar storage technologies from third parties — including Meta — to collect or receive information about your visit, and to measure and improve advertising. If a Meta pixel is active on a page you are reading, this paragraph is the notice of it, and you can control what Meta does with that information in your own Meta ad settings. The site sets no cookies of its own for tracking you between visits.
Where it is stored
Form submissions sit in a Google-hosted email inbox in the United States. The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
Getting it deleted
Email baskaran.jeyadev@gmail.com and ask. I delete it the same day and reply to confirm. You do not have to give a reason and it does not affect anything we have discussed.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Terms
What you are buying, what I owe you, and what I do not promise. The actual engagement is confirmed in writing by email before any work starts; this page is the plain-language version of it.
The build
$1,500, charged once, not a retainer. It covers the ad account, Business Manager and pixel set up in your company’s name, three to five creatives written for your category, audiences, conversion events and lead routing, plus a handover document and dashboard.
Seven days
Seven days runs from the first call to campaigns live. If it is not live on day seven, you do not pay for the build. Two things pause that clock: waiting on approvals or assets from you, and a Meta review that takes longer than Meta says it will. If either happens I will tell you the day it happens.
What you own
You do, from day one. The ad account, the Business Manager, the pixel, the audiences and the creative are in your company’s name with you as admin. At handover my access is removed and yours stays, whatever happens next. There is no agency account for you to leave behind.
Ad spend
Separate from the build fee and paid by you, direct to Meta, on your own card. It never passes through me. Plan on $1,500 to $3,000 a month for a considered purchase over $3,000.
Management, if you take it
$1,200 a month, optional, month to month. Cancel any month with no notice period and no exit fee. You keep the account either way.
What is not promised
No lead count, no cost per lead, no return, no revenue figure. Nobody can know those before seeing your account, and anyone who quotes you one is making it up. Every number shown on this site is labelled illustrative because it is. Advertising results depend on your offer, your pricing, your category and how fast you answer an enquiry — most of which are yours, not mine.
Fit
If you are not a fit, I say so on day one rather than take the $1,500. Not a fit means software, resellers, or anyone who needs leads this week.
Your side
You need someone who can answer a new enquiry, and you need to approve the campaign before it can launch. Nothing spends without you clicking.
Refunds
If the campaign is not live on day seven for a reason that is mine, the build fee is returned in full. Ad spend already delivered by Meta is not refundable by me, because I never held it.
